SALES

Orders are entered into the system and kept track of all the way through the process. Each sno cone can have multiple flavors and toppings. The pricing is fully customized based on the size, number of flavors and toppings. Cup sizes can have a base price set. From there you can specify the number of flavors that are included in the base price and a price for each additional flavor about the included amount. Toppings can have a price attached to each topping. All of the sales data is kept in the system and used to help keep track of each order during payment and fulfillment and then later used in reporting.

 

COUPONS

Coupons can be set with a start date and an end date. When a coupon is valid for the order it can be set to be automatically applied or manually applied. When creating coupons you can choose if they are for an entire order or one item. Coupons can be set to be stack-able or not stack-able. When multiple coupons are applied to an order the system will look at all possible combination to find the best deal for the customer and discount accordingly.

 

INVENTORY

As orders are placed in the system and Inventory Items used, the system will keep track the inventory on hand and automatically remove items from inventory as they are sold. This data is used to run reports on what is on hand and what you need to get more of. This report can be ran onsite and on the mobile app making it easy to keep items stocked. No longer do you need to count cups to make employees accountable.

 

SCHEDULING

This could not be easier! We provide multiple tools to save you time by keeping track of shifts and employee unavailable time. Employees can enter the times they need off from anywhere using the mobile app. The employees time off requests are sent to the managers for approval or denial. Employees can keep track of their time off request and see if it was approved in the employee hub. What used to take you multiple papers and hours to figure out can now be done in less then a minute. Once schedules are created they can be emailed to employees and also viewed in the employee hub.

 

TIME CARDS

Employees clock in and our from their employee hub. this data is kept and managers are able to adjust, add or delete time entries as needed. Employees can view their time cards anytime from the employee hub. Missing times are easily spotted and easy to correct. reports can be ran for any date range making it easy to use no matter when payday is.

 

EMPLOYEES

Employee information is entered by a manager and used to keep track of everything done in the system. The wages paid to employees are one of your most expensive costs and being able to know what each employees does each day is critical to running a great company. Each employee will be able to log into the mobile app and request time off and view their schedule.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY

Because everything is tracked in the system it makes the employees accountable for inventory, money and time.

 

MOBILE APP

Using the mobile app you can prefore many tasks depending on your permissions in the software. From the mobile app you can view many live reports. Thins like Inventory and Profit/Loss can be viewed on the mobile app. Employees can request time off and view their schedules .
